"SAI HOMES " Consisting 110 row houses & independent bunglows at Vijapur Road, near aditya nagar .

Constructed prestigious multistoried Commercial Complex at Chati Galli, Solapur "SAI TRADE CENTER" which is ready for leasing for showrooms, banks, offices.

As our contribution in growth of Solapur we also made 130 acres of Land available for Sahara City Homes within very short time on Pune Road. And now selling fully developed N.A.approved bungalow plots at "Sai Vihar ",Vijapur road Solapur & "Sai Yamai Nagar", Mohol.

In 1999 started R.C.C. Pipes factory at Tamalwadi, Dist. Osmanabad , "SAI SPUN PIPE " Which supplies R.C.C. Pipes to B.S.N.L. throughout Maharashtra, Gujarat , Goa , Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh.

In 2001 we received ISI Certification from Bureau of Indian Standards & also received ISO : 9001 recently, along with this we also manufacture products like cement benches , water tanks ,etc. And now started production of R.C.C. precast compound walls which are durable, easy to construct & very cost effective.
